Goodcrete Deep Penetrating Sealer(DPS) is a water-based, surface -applied, but penetrating waterproofing, it is environment friendly, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, releases no VOC and easy to use.

Functions: 

A. Waterproofing, moisture-proofing, anti-permeating.

B. Sealing, hardening,dust-proofing, anti-efflorescence.

C. Anti-corrosion of acid, alkali and salt.

D. Improving concrete structures' resistance of high temperature and freeze/thaw cycle  
  damage.  

E. Discouraging the growth of moss and mold.

F. Anti-chloride ion, protect the steel rebars from corrosion.

G. Self-sealing ≤0.3mm hairline cracks.

H. Not changes the concrete's color and structure.

Working Principle: 

Through the pores, DPS penetrates into the concrete structures, reacts with the calcium hydroxide, hydrated lime etc, then generate a kind of silicate gel, after the water inner of which evaporated, it solidifies into nano crystalline powder and fills in the pores, when the concrete structure is dry, it presents as crystalline, which can maintain the concrete's good breathability; when meets with moisture or water, the crystalline solid expands and blocks the moisture's penetrating. Thus, DPS gives the concrete structures all-sided and permanent protections, such as sealing/Waterproofing/anti-permeability/hardening/dust-proofing/anti-

aging etc.

Surface Treatment Before Using DPS:

A. Freshly Finished Concrete: No treatment need.

B. Existing Concrete: To sweep, scrub, or strip the concrete to remove any surface contamination or film to ensure the DPS can efficiently penetrate the surface.

Method of Using: 

1. Shake well before use.

2. Apply with low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller to spray/brush/roll directly on the clean 
  concrete surface, application temperature at 4-50℃, and relative humidity 10-90% is the 
  best.

3. When the surface becomes semi-dry after the first time spraying, proceeds the second
  spraying.

Coverage: 
Approximately 150-200square feet/gallon, or 3-5m2/kg, according to the  differences of temperature and porosity of the concrete, the coverage is different.

Applicable Places:

Almost can be used for all concrete constructions that requires water/moisture proofing, whatever below and above ground, indoors and outdoors, new or old.
