LTMM200 is an automatic machine designed for the production of PBL/ABL laminate tube body. It has a good adaptability to different kinds of web material. The size tooling change time is less than 30 minutes while the tube body diameter is changed. The transistor HF generator ensures the high reliability of the side seam welding quality. The superior design of the total machine ensures the very low cost of the machine running and maintenance. 

The machine production is computer controlled. The set parameters for different kinds of products can be saved into the computer. The saved parameters can be extracted with the touch screen. 

The way of steel band heating by HF generator ensure the smooth strong welding of the side seam. 

The high accuracy web-guiding system ensures the high precision product size and lower wastage of raw laminate web material.

The unique design of edge trimming system ensures the smooth strong welding of the side seam.

The stable web driving system ensures the machine running in high speed and high stability.

The high precision servo driving and PLC control ensure the machine production in the easy operation and supervision condition.
