Usage of cut to length line:
Cut To Length Lines can do uncoiling, leveling, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It mainly includes uncoiler, leveler, measuring encoder, shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., the line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating.Cut to length line is controlled by NC servo system. It has PLC controlled the length measurement. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the PLC systems. When the need shearing number is reached the line can stop automatically. The line speed can be adjusted, It has a encoder with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operate easily, smooth sheet can be made.
Composition of cut to length line:
1. Entry coil car ---- To carry the coils on the decoielr
2. Hydraulic decoiler ---- To make the material from the coil-shaped into the plate-shaped
3. Fourfold straightening units ---- To do the pre-leveling for the plates
4. Looper ---- create a buffer zone to increase the straightening and cutting precision also to increase the line speed;
5. Servo device controls the cutting length ---- To make sure the fixed length cutting as per your specifice requirements on the length
6. Hydraulic cutting machine ----To do the cutting action
7. Feeding table ----To transportation the plates and ensure the stack quality
8. Hydraulic lifting table ----To control the height of the plates on the stacker
9. Pnuematic stacker ---- To make sure the plates in queue one by one
10.Exit coil car ----- To carry out the finished plates .

Feeding car→decoiler→elementary level→rolling way worktable→leading guide→main leveling unit→length measure device→clamp conveyor→cut→convey and throw out device→whole pneumtic system→Hydraulic and pneumtic→electric
