3.        SAP feeding adopts servo to control. It's mixed with fluff pulp. Feeding amount can be adjusted and shown on the touchable screen.

SAP is fixed to the amount of 50KG. It has the function of position checking, auto feeding, shortage alarm, equipped with ground stock box800kg. When SAP is in the low position, it can automatically feed SAP to upper side. Max 15g can be added to each pcs and the range is 4-15g adjusted. Under stable production, error between each pcs is ≤±5%. When machine speed reaches to 50pcs/min, feeding amount should reach to certain requirement. If main machine speed is lower than 50pcs/min, it automatically stops feeding.

Different sounds with alarm lamp indicates different problems, and the warn records are recorded automatically and read from the interface.

Servo motor controller all put into the electrical cabinet separately. Easy for maintained, checking and repair.

Main compositions:

1. It adopts Mitsubishi servo moving control system 80 servo motors in all to realize the true meaning of full servo motor controlling.

2. Machine has 18 sets web guiders in all to insure each working position accurate and reduce unqualified rate.

3. It adopts servo motor to control raw materials auto-unwinding and tension control. It's combined with 35 sensors for easier adjusting.

4. Saw blade mill high speed crusher can take untreated pulp, semi-treated pulp and treated pulp. It adopts servo controlling and feeding amount can be shown on the screen. Saw blade type is used for crushing speed 600kg/hour.

4.1 Pulp rack, adopt pneumatic lifter, two rolls capacity

6. It adopts forming drum for fluff feeding. The feeding amount can be adjusted when changing baby diaper size.

8. Fluff pulp adopts single net wheel feeding way and is wrapped by tissue paper.

Note: According to some products design, fluff core can be double layers. That's to say bottom layer is big core and upper layer is small core. Plus refer to the optional device for the detailed illustrations.

9. Fluff core embossing unit. Embossing shape can be produced as per clients' request. The embossing roller is heated and temperature is controlled.

13. Leg cuff feeding unit. It is glued with hydrophobic non woven as the leg water-proof part.

13.1 Lycra ribbon material is put outside of the main machine. So it's easy to change material. This part has 3 lines for both right and left sides.

13.2 Customer can choose 2 lines or 3 lines design.
