Electric appliance

Machine is controlled by frequency converter.

Fluff pulp is controlled by stepless regulator, feeding speed synchronizing with main machine. 

SAP feeding is controlled by differential device. (used for aggregate device)

Temperature controlling part

1). Each unit temperature is controlled by separate sensor.

2). Heating components adopts qualified heating elements.

3). Heating components adopts air cylinder for air compressing. When machine stops, all heating elements lift automatically. When machine starts, they will return back to the position automatically and they can be separately controlled by hand.

5. All electricity cables are all installed in the cable tank. It is convenient to repair and appearance is good.

Conveying system:

1. Main machine adopts frequency converter driving.
