Basic procedures:

1 High speed sawmill crusher can crush all kinds of fluff pulp.

1.1 Pulp shelf adopts pneumatic lifting and takes two rollers at the same time.

1.2 It adopts frequency convertor controlling for fluff pulp feeding and feeding amount can be shown on the touchable screen.

2. Forming drum feeding units.

3. Double-screw type of SAP adding unit. Fluff pulp is mixed with SAP. The supplying amount is adjusted by frequency-converter motor and follow up the speed of the main machine. The supplying amount can be shown on the touch-screen of the PLC.

4. Fluff core wrapped by tissue paper unit.

Conveying system:

1.      The driving system is combined by gear boxes, universal shafts, circle-arc timing belts. The driving components are installed at the bottom of the main board.The driving precision is very high and the machine consumption is very low.
