Hard Chrome Plated Rod (Piston Rod)

1. Material: CK45, SAE1045, 4140, JIS 45C, 40Cr, 42CrMo, Stainless steel, etc.

2. Diameter: 6-500mm

3. Length: max 16m

4. Tolerance on diameter: ISO f7

5. Ovality: Half of the tolerance ISO f7

6. Chrome thickness: 20-30 micron

7. Hardness of the chrome layer: 800HV (min)

8. Surface Roughness: Ra ≤0.2 Micron

9. Straightness: ≤ 0.2mm/m

10. Supply condition: Hard chrome plated/ Hardened and tempered/ Induction hardened

11. Packing: Anti rust oil to be spread on rod surface and each rod to be packed in paper roll and then in wooden case.
