Vacuum molding (V-process)  is a variation of the sand casting process for most

 ferrous and non-ferrous  metals, in which unbonded sand is held in the flask with a vacuum. 

We can manufacture all kinds of V-processmolding line such as 10t/h sand treating systerm,

30t/h and 60t/h sand treating systerm.Customized one is available.

 

TECHNOLOGY PROCESS

1,Heat EVA film 

2,Cover the film on the mould

3,Spray a coating in a certain baume degree

4,Put on the empty flask

5,put sand into the flask

6,cover film on the full falsk

7,vacuate the sand flask and lift the mould

8,pouring 

9,loose the sand flask

Features:

1,V-process is known for not requiring a draft because the plastic film has a certain degree of lubricity and it expand slightly when the vacuum is drawn in the flask. 

2,The process has high dimensional accuracy.

3,no moisture related defects, no cost for binders, excellent sand permeability, and no toxic fumes from burning the binders

4,the pattern does not wear out because the sand does not touch it.

5,Take good use of sand, the material recovery rate is 95% 5.
