Vermiculite boards are made from a mineral called vermiculite. We exfoliated these vermiculites and mix with proprietary chemicals bonding. It then undergoes a heating and pressing process and our boards are formed. Our proprietary technology allows us to produce boards with various thicknesses and densities.vermiculite products are produced to meet the most stringent fire regulations anywhere in the world and we can meet from half an hour to four hours fire rating.
   The uniqueness of the vermiculite products can be found in a wide range of applications in the building materials and construction industry. The products carry the following unique features: light weight, non-combustible, sound proofing,non-toxic, odorless, smokeless, environmentally friendly and insect resistance. Our boards are made from granular vermiculite particles which underwent an exfoliating process at our factory and with our unique processing methods where the boards became end products in a panel form.

    One of the few advantages of vermiculite boards is that they can be turned into a decorative building material by bonding/lamination with other surface materials to improve its impact resistance and durability. The boards are also suitable for painting with ordinary application techniques. Users can then apply them in building projects as decorative ceilings, structural steels, floorings and doors. Public areas with a lot of people and areas that require high standards of fire proofing can make use of vermiculite board, i.e., airport, railway station, pier, exhibition halls, hotels, shopping malls, karaoke lounge, factories and warehouse for storing of flammable items.
    Because of the heat-proofing and light weight properties, vermiculite board can be used as claddings for beams in places where weight is a major factor. Our products can be tailor made into various densities and in some countries this product is being used as platforms and partitions on vessels as the board density is less than that of water.
