PROPERTIES:
Optical brightener ER-199 is a diphenylethylene type compound; it is insoluble in water,but well soluble in most organic solvents. It is stable to cationic softening agent. It can be used in the same bath with sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and reduction bleaching agent, it is very suitable for whitening and brightening polyster fiber, acetate fiber, polyvinyl etc. Products can be remarkably upgraded by adding ER-199 liquid. It is especically used in higher temperature fixing absorbtion polyester whitening.

PROCESS:polyster-dipping-heating-heat kept-washing-drying-finished products
MATERIAL AND MIX RATIO:
OPTICAL BRIGHTENER ER-199 0.3-1.5% Na2SO3(chemical grade) 1.0% Lavocal AFR 1.0%
Acetic acid(98%) 0.55g/l Bath ratio: 1:5-40 PH: 4-5
Make up the whitening liquid as the above ratio and is dipped into polyster materials, is heated to 50℃ at the speed of 1-1.5℃ per minute, hold for 30 minutes, then is cooled with cool water, dried and modeled to obtain the products.
PACKAGE: Packaged in plastic drum. Net weight is 25 kg or 50 kg each.
STORAGE: Should be stored in cool and dry place.
