Introduction:

Series SRYC tuning fork level switch can measure the material level of different states and densities. It is applicable for the alarm and control of various silos solid material levels and liquids in various containers.

 

1. Operating Principle

The SRYC tuning fork switch is made up of sender fork and magnifying glass. Two sets of piezoelectric crystals are pressed at the root of the fork body. One set is the drive .The drive prong generates the vibration. The other set is the detector, which transform the vibration of the prong into voltage signals. When the prong is blocked, the amplitude of the oscillator becomes smaller and the relay output the switch signals.

Advantage:

1.It has less false measurement effect by material density,electrical parameter, stir,turbulence,foam,general vibration,medium viscosity,high temperature and high pressure conditions

2.Cause less influence on the measurement,so tuning fork level meter doesn't need adjustment after times measurement.

3.Maintenance free:As referred tuning fork is accomplished by electronic circuits, without moving parts,so once the installation of commissioning will not need maintenance.

1.Tap water,mineral water,pulp, glue,dye

2.Mud,alkali and acid.

3.Beer,beverage,liquid can produce carbon dioxide .
