Adapts LED chip is American Bridge lux 145lm/W, but usually it's only 100lm lumens in market
For example, 30W light, totally 4350lm, can get same brightness as 48W from other supplier (48W x 100lm/W or 4,800lm)
If same brightness, light power is at least 30% lower than other manufactures, so for solar light, it will directly lower configuration of whole system and finally to save more money for clients
Heat radiator:
As is known to all, aluminum alloy is best choice of heat dissipation
If use die-casting aluminum, light body temperature will keep more than 60°C
Light body which is also heat radiator made of stretch formed aluminum alloy will keep temperature only 40°C, which will directly lower light decay and prolongs lifespan of LEDs
Light reflector:
LED main characteristic is light source collected, so it's firstly important thing to make LED source diffusion and uniformization
Design principle of reflector, when manufactures who use lens, go against this principle
Reflector is unique in China, which reach 3-time reflect and make light efficiency 30% higher than common supplier, meanwhile, can make light area broader
For example, 32W can get 30m diameter illumination area, when other supplier only can get 20m
Integration design of power supply:
Usually put this power supply in pole (under part), because LEDs itself has a very long life, when LED light doesn't work, problem mostly is from power supply, so now can even ride a bike to exchange if LED light does not work
Decreases maintenance-fee as we need not use crane to take light down to do repair any more
