2, to determine the pressure: the hot stamping pressure is generally 4 - 6 kg/cm2. Pressure is too small, not so hot stamping film and substrate adhesion, reduce the fastness; if the pressure is too large, it will produce the substrate compression deformation increases, cause pattern deformation, as printed on the layer thinning. If used for complex rough products, more attention should be paid to each pressure, uniform, pressure angle of colloidal silica and substrate requirements higher, otherwise, appear easily part in prison, not firm phenomenon.

3, determine the speed: should be based on hot stamping area to determine, at the same time to consider the power of the heating temperature. The general is first rate, and then determine the pressure, the temperature.

Note product storage, storage of the products: heat transfer film to gently, be put straight, upright, and not horizontally; can not be placed near the heat, must keep away from heat, usually stored in 25 ℃; prevent damp, if damp, when in use will produce gas in the high temperature and source hot stamping film, and produce chemical reaction.
