OPERATING  PRINCIPLE 
vacuum process cast molding is a new  metal molding technology and only adopt dry sand (no water, binder, tagger)

It's automatic by a electric control system.

1. Make use of  the heated EVA  film covering on the model to seal flask.
2. Take out the air with vacuum pump. The sand mould is tightened by pressure difference.
3. Pouring to form the casting
4. The course is physics molding way. Relase little dust,so it's eco-friendly. And the sand recovery rate can reach at 95%

TECHNOLOGY PROCESS

1. Heat the EVA film
2. Cover the heated EVA film on the mold(can be made from wood or aluminum)
3. Spray a coating in a certain baume degree
4. Put on the empty box
5. sand-up the box and vibrate to compaction
6. cover film on the full box
7. vacuate the sand box
8. lift box
9. mould assembling
10. vacuate the whole mould
11. pouring
12. loose sand box
