6 yy - 230 type automatic fast hydraulic oil press, is on the basis of the introduction of similar foreign products improved design. Machine main parts and use characteristics:

2.  Hydraulic transmission components

3.  Hydraulic double cylinder with characteristics of main components
Cylinder is made of hydraulic cylinder, piston, cylinder gland, hex socket screw, oil seal (imported polyurethane material, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, can be use for a long time). The characteristics of the hydraulic double cylinder is : to rely on oil pump oil into the oil cylinder makes the piston force rapidly rising, falling fast,  short time, high efficiency, high degree of automation, without worry about the problem such as cylinder can not fall, without worry about the common problems that appear at other same products from China other factories , such as : the cylinder cannot fall because of the pressing oil is too thick (especially in winter ) , oil seal aging, need man use hammer,  plate bar press cylinder down , hydraulic oil need to be changed many times in one year. Waste time ,energy and labour , even make the machine does not work normally. Our company developed hydraulic double cylinder is easy operation, fast, time saving, high efficiency.
Electric control is combined by the voltmeter, micro point temperature controller, electric contact pressure gauge, contactor, relay, infrared heating tube, click device and so on.
Third, announcement before starting up and operation method:
1, Clean the oil box, and add enough 46 #, 68 # hydraulic oil into machine.
2.  Check the bolt of each part is loose or not.
3, Check  circuit wiring is correct or not , and turn on the ground wire .
4, Turning on the power supply, open automatic temperature control switch ,make the temperature to 70 degrees or so,place mat on orifice plate above inside the cylinder , Then put cooked oil material into cylinder, fill it and put another mat, place material separate plate on, close the lid , start squeezing, put the reversing valve into  rising position, about 6 to 10 minutes, production complete.
5, When gauge pressure red needle point to 50 million mpa, the electric control system automatic stop , and it automatic start when a small amount of oil seepage from the cylinder and pressure gauge pointer down to 46 million , pressure rise, cylinder without oil leakage, oil has been out of the net, then unloading.
6, unloading, hold the reversing valve handle place it to down position slowly , make the material barrel fell to a distance of about 100 mm away from the top lid, place the reversing valve in the middle room, open top lid and pick cake.
7, Place the reversing valve to rising position
And material cake rise , take on every plate and cushion, remove the material cake .
8, then placed the reversing valve to  down position, driving the piston down quickly, prepare for the second time squeezing .
Four, safe use and maintenance
1, to ensure safety that customers in the use of electrical system in the process of work , the earth wire must be used as protection measures,  ensure safety first.
2, This machine power is 380 v , but it can be changed to  to 220 v  according to customer needs , and supply two phase motor, make sure of the normal use.
3, it is forbidden to use under the overpressure, and adjust  without authorization, disorderly open! In order to avoid damage to the parts and affect production.
4, In the process of production , It is strictly prohibited that  debris fell into the oil box and inhale by the pump.  lift the oil pump suction valve ball , make the machine can't production.
5, flexible pressure gauge is damaged, can't boot up production before replace a new pressure
6, during high pressure and stable pressure period , its not allowed to repair the machine.
7, if blocking, need to use single edge razor blades and feeler to clean and shave .
8, When new machine has worked for 1 to 2 months,  hydraulic oil must be sucked out and need filter, precipitation and clean up , after all of this , can be use again.  In the following years its need be clean up once a year.
