Brief introduction

Line Ⅱ consists of a feeding metal frame unit, leveler grooving roller, notch and punch acute and square machine, hydraulic shearing machine. The electrical control system uses a computer combined with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and stabilization of the line. The maximum working speed is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm/m. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8mm/m. This system can meet the single shifting production 1000M2 rectangular air duct. The feeding frame can be set to the customer's requirements.

Operation principle

Manual Instruction

A. Fixed size cut metal that can be co-used with a plasma cutting machine 
B.  a..CS intercalated bone shear angle, can be co-used with C bone flange machine and S insert flange machine

    b. Various connecting methods of TDF self flange fixed position cutting angle can co-use with TDF self flange machine and TDF seaming machine.
    c.Can cut various angle that used by angle steel flange or zigzag flange. And can fold " " " " " " shape and can be co-used with the combined linking machineso as to complete the whole set of air duct. 

C. Can finish TDC shearing angle and bend with insert flange, such as to make style duct. It can be co-used with the combined linking machine and the insert flange so that to complete the whole set of air duct.
