Cart-loaded resistance furnace

Usage:

It is mainly used for quenching, annealing and aging of high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile cast iron, rolled steel, steel ball, steel grade 45, stainless steel, etc. and for thermal treatment of various mechanical parts.

Constitution:

Cart-loaded furnace is made up of furnace body and electronic control.
Furnace body mainly includes furnace shell, brasque, heating elements, furnace door and cart. Lifting furnace door and enter of cart all adopt electric reducer device. Electric control mainly includes temperature control and operation control. Temperature control adopts digital readout of ac contactor and ordinary control. Its matched with recorders recording complete industrial curves. And it also can alarm when temperature is over. The operation adopts buttons and lights display. Thus, it can control carts enter, on-off of heating elements and lifting of furnace door. Interlocking device is set also.
