The SL-1060MPB automatic die cutting and creasing machine with stripping station is pivotal equipment, which is designed for die cutting, creasing and cold embossing paper products such as box, carton, label etc. Advanced drive gears are adopted such as high precision index, pneumatic plate-lock, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, electric pressure adjustment system, ensuring stable performance at high speed running.

The machine is equipped with pre-loading unit, vice feeding unit, speed variable conveying mechanism, automatic vice delivery mechanism, pneumatic sampling, auto timing lubrication system, main dive gear chiller, etc. exerting the machine to work its full potential.
Electrical components and driving elements are all of internationally famous brands to ensure die cutting precision and reliability of running. Electric control system monitor the operation state of the whole machine and revealed through the man-machine interface by PLC, electronic cam and photoelectric switch, which is convenient for fault diagnosis.

Man-machine interface monitors machine state, displaying running instruction, trouble location, troubleshooting to fully actualize man-machine communication. Industrial refrigerator of electrical cabinet ensures that electric components work stably under constant temperature.

This machine is designed and Manufactured by Higher Shengli Machinery based near to Beijing in China. It is designed to efficiently convert various grades of paper and carton at high speed with minimal set up times and for ease of operation.
 
Standard features of each section of this machine:
 
1). Feeder:
ü  Stream fed top feed suction unit with a Max speed of 8000 Sheets per hour.
ü  Pre-loading and secondary hoist system to allow continual running during pile changes.
ü  Photo electric sensor protecting foot trap point at feeder table lower position.
ü  Feeder table will accept standard pallet or pre-loading unit.
ü  Adjustable air blow enabling efficient sheet separation on the full range of raw materials.
ü  Both push and pull side lays on both the near and off side of the machine.              
ü  Side lays fitted with electronic detection to prevent registration errors of badly position sheets.
ü  Double-sheet detection device fitted on the lay board.
ü  High specification Japanese Nitta feeder belts for maximum stability during sheet transfer.    
ü  Electronically controlled feeder pump, ensuring accurately fed sheets to the front lays.
ü  High efficiency/ low maintenance Becker vacuum pump.
2).Press Section:
ü  Fully adjustable multiple front lay with electronic detection device to prevent registration errors.
ü  Standard cutting rule height. (23.80mm)
ü  7mm thick high Rockwell hardened steel plates. (optional)
ü  Or 5mm thick hardened steel plate combined with a 2mm hard or soft plate facility to allow matrix to be saved on regularly run products.
ü  Overload protection device avoid crashes caused by overload.
ü  High specification, heat treated steel drive Worm and bronze Wheel main drive. Toggle action die cutting movement.
ü  Photoelectric sheet detection at every stage of the sheet transfer throughout the machine.
ü  Standard 2x cutting chases complete with hardened steel chase backing plates (Centerline designs included as required).
ü  Gearbox lubrication chiller unit that ensures optimum bearing temperatures at high speed production.
ü  Lightweight aluminum alloy gripper bars complete with pinch grippers.
ü  Japanese high strength extended pitch gripper bar chain.
ü  Taiwanese Teshi precision indexing cambox drive for high precision and high speed gripper movement.
ü  Imported high precision synchro drive belt and pulleys.
ü  European Pneumatic clutch and brake unit.
3.)Stripping Unit:
ü  Removable stripping frames which allows easy and quick installation of tooling.
ü  Frames can be manufactured to accept Centreline stripping tooling.
ü  Three movement stripping frames system that allows the most intricate of products to be stripped effectively at high speed.
ü  Lower pin frame and stripping pins are supplied as standard.
4.) Delivery Section:
ü  Delivery front and side jogging, to ensure a neat stack on the delivery table pallet.
ü  A sheet sampling system that allows a sheet to be easily removed during production to check cutting and registration to print.
ü  Tab inserting unit to enable delivered product to be removed in accurate batches. (optional extra)
ü  Quick pile change / non-stop running delivery facility.
ü  Photo electric sensor protecting foot trap point at delivery tables lower position.
 
5.) Electrical:
Main machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC controller easily accessed and repaired in Europe.
