ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is used in concrete inindustrialandcivilbuildings, hydraulic engineering, transport system,portengineering, andmunicipalengineering.

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is used in ready mix plants, job site plants and concrete pavers, for normal weight and light concrete, in precast and prestressed concrete plants.

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is especially for concrete with 28d compressive strength less than 80MPa.

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer can be used in pumping self-compacting concrete, self-leveling grouting materials.

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is suit for Concrete with the requirements of high early strength, low permeability.

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer can be used in concrete curing either in steam or in air.

Properties

(1) A kind of aromatic sulfonated polymer, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and free steel-corrosion effect.

(2) Excellent water-reducing ability. ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer can significantly reduce 14% ~28% mixing water in concrete.

Dosage

ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is supplied as brown powder or aqueous brownish-black liquid. For powder ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer, the dosage for normal strength and high strength concrete is typically 0.3%~0.8% and 0.8%~1.8% respectively, the recommended dosage for GB8076 standard test is 0.75%. For liquid ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer, the amount is calculated according to recommended solid dosage and its solid content.

The amount of ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer used in concrete will be slightly adjusted depending upon job requirements, such as concrete strength, variations in cement, aggregate and other job site conditions. Experiments for appropriate dosage must be carried out when changing concrete mix proportion or materials.

Usage

Liquid ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is ready-to-use as received.

Powder ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer can be added in concrete directly with longer mixing time, or prepared into solution with required concentration.

Experiment must be done when ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is used together with other admixtures.

Packaging, transport and storage

(1) Powder ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is available in 25kg or 50kg film-lined bags. Liquid ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is available in sealed plastic or iron drums. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

(2) Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.

(3) Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of ZT-SNF-300 superplasticizer is one year under normal conditions for powder,and half a year for liquid ,If storage hassurpassedthetime, test must be done to confirm the validity.

Health and safety

(1) Once splashed into eyes or skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

(2) Inedible. When eating by mistake, drink sufficient water to urge to vomiting, and then go to hospital.

(3) No littering. Caution should be taken to protect environment.
