we have realized several installations, type with roller conveyors, specially studied for automatic treatment of internal/external surfaces of welded stainless steel pipes.
This very new technological machine allows to eliminate contaminant chemical pickling by using a "dry" process as shot blasting.
Another advantage is that the blasting treatment is made in the same time on external surface by patented wheels, and on internal surface by a compressed air nozzle.
All the process is controlled by PLC. 

Application:

QG steel pipe wheel blast equipment is designed to clean the inner walls and outer walls of steel pipe and related products. It can effectively remove oxide coating, welding slag and other contaminants, which helps improve metallic luster of workpiece surfaces and increase their area, thus facilitating the spray coating operation. The shot blasting equipment is now widely applied in many industries, such as petroleum, chemical, steel, urban central heating, centralized drainage, etc.

Blasting wheels:

Our steel pipe wheel blast equipment utilizes 180-4RK blast wheel which is made using American PANBORN technology. The blast wheel offers high efficiency, high low noise, good dynamic balance and convenient maintenance. In addition, it is well protected by the tightly sealed durable housing. The installation location and angle of blast wheel is determined based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result, which enables all sides of workpieces to be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing efficiency.
