QC11K Series Hydraulic Guillotine (CNC) Shearing Machine
Features:
This machine adopts steel plate welding structure, the fuselage using the finite element analysis design, Vibratory Stress Relief of internal stress to make the body stable and reliable.
1. Using three-point rolling guide pulley to eliminate the support gap and increase cutting precision.
2. Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal.
3. The shearing stroke can be adjusted at will which raise the working efficiency and realize sectional cutting.
4. The back gauge is designed with manual lifting function which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.
5. Inside the wallboard manual petrol pump is installed, which makes operation convenient and lubricating reliable.
6. Plug in hydraulic system can slow down the oil temperature and enhance the reliability and safety of machine operation.
7. Standard configuration using MD-100 speicial system and PLC controller. The adjustment of shearing counting, back gauge, shearing angle and blade gap is simple and convenient.
8. DAC310 and DAC360 control system is optional, which can meet demand for higher precision of cutting and controlling.
