The tradition box type direct textile printer have some disadvantage, such as the pinch roll limit the materia thickness, and leave the dirty trail, the moving axis snag the fabric and even wrinkle it, the oridinary feed&take up system easily to bias or loose tension, the color-fixer pollute the fabric, damage the image.

Adopt front and back double rubber-roller as driving source, the traction power is more strong, ensure accurate movement, make it available to apply on many different thickness material,
We design the printhead plate adjustable to 10mm automatically. Adopt new printing control syste, it strengthen the inkjet power, so there is no worry for the precise printing quality.
Both of the media feed&take up motor have independent PCB board and electronic sensor to control material movement exactly, keep good tension and accuracy.
The printer install 8 big ink tank (each 1.8L) and cartridges(220ml), keep long time and stable non-stop ink supply.
Using higher quality motor then normal machine, more powerful and stable.
The printing cross beam is made of molding aluminum, very durable with high accuracy.
