The typical design of cast steel gate valves are bolted bonnet, rising stem with yoke & flexible wedge gate. Our facility has rich experience of manufacturing, as well as OEM service. There are some cast steel gate valves in stock for immediate delivery.

1) Flexible wedge gate, which is ground and lapped to a mirror finish and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage.
2)Renewable seat for size 10" and below upon request; back seat design
3)Outside screw; rising stem with precision threads and burnished finish. 
4)packing material of flexible graphite normally; PTFE or combined material available upon request. Live loaded packing (Belleville spring loaded packing) is available if being requested.
5)Bolted bonnet for Class 150-900, while pressure seal for Class 1500-2500 usually.
