Heat Treatment
1. Quench: recommend oil of 980-1040°c\wind(re-preheat~500 °c -850 °c )HRC64-62
2. tempering: eliminate stress, stabilize framework, (180-200 °c )≥2 hours HRC63-62
3.Change of temperature of tempering and HRC rigidity (reference)
4.Annealing: 780-800 °c slow cooling
