General description of Walk-in stability chamber:

This kind of chambers are mainly designed according to the national standard and user-defined requirements.It can simulate different environmental conditions, such as heat-endurance, cold-endurance, dryness-endurance, and humidity-endurance, which defines the performance of material. By testing the product under different environmental conditions to see whether its performance can meet the intended requirements.They are used for various types of testing such as prototype evaluation, research & development testing, production testing, accelerated stress testing, reliability testing, failure analysis, and any other application where environmental simulation is needed.

 

Special feature of Walk-in stability chamber:

1.Beautiful appearance: SUS#304 stainless steel interior, well painted cold rolled steel for external chamber.

2. Vacuum glass inspection window equipped to view the testing sample, with chamber lamp and anti-sweat heater device that prevents water vapor condensation.

3.Cooling  system adopt French Tecumseh compressor, more effective removal of oil between the condenser and the capillary, use environmentally refrigerants (R23, R404).

4. LCD touch screen controller, with multi-segment program editing function, display in English, easy to operate.

5. There is standard RS-232 port which can link to computer, thus realizing PC remote control.

6. Multiple safety devices (overheating circuit breaker, compressor overload protection, control system overloading protection, breakdown indicator light, etc) to protect the chamber in case any emergency occurs.

7. Floor standing with casters, easy to move and adjsut height.
