As the products are personalised we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision or supply an insufficient quality image or make an error and upload the wrong image for canvas printing. Goods will be fully replaced when the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. Goods that are damaged in transit will also be fully replaced. Full refunds are available if your order has not yet been produced or shipped.
