Details: 

1.Door leaf:

   a).Standard size: 2000*800*40MM, the size can be customized according to your request.

   b).PVC laminated on 6mm MDF,fir wood as rails and stiles,MDF strips or fir wood strips as infilling.

   c).Four side of door leaf are sealed by pvc. Predrilled lock hole.  

2. Door frame:

made of fir wood+mdf+pvc; Design could be adjusted one,range from 10-25cm;  or Italy style round door frame, and economic 10cm Romania style door frame also available,both are convenient to install

3. Door architraves: Made of MDF,Standard 6cm sample architraves or singele architraves

4.  PVC color species: White Ash, Pure White, Light Maple, Red Cherry, Sapele, Red Wood, Black Walnut, Iron Peach Wood, Teak, Red Wood, Teak, Light Oak, Red Beech,Dark Oak and so on.more than 55 colors to be choosed.

5.Packing:

EPE preserved foam,with corner protector,then to be packed into corrugated strong carton .door leaf and door frame/architraves are packed separately
