Sante chamber furnaces are applied to Colleges, Universities and Research institutions, process the sintering of cermet material and ceramic material, heat treatment of some mono crystal, refractory material reheat shrinkage researching under high temperature, and used for small batch production.

Chamber furnace features:

1. Operation Temperature: 1350℃ (1400℃ for short time).
2. Furnace chamber adopt the vacuum forming technology and the gradient ceramic fiber processing technology. Special insulation design allows the furnace surface in a low temperature.
3. Sic rods are vertically placed on both sides of the furnace, which is easy to change and simple to wire.
4.  Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
5. SCR control, PID parameter self-setting function, manual / automatic switching function without interference, 30 programmable periods.
6. Having over temperature alarm function
