Sante high temperature muffle furnaces are applied to Colleges, Universities and Research institutions, process the sintering of cermet material and ceramic material, heat treatment of some mono crystal, refractory material reheat shrinkage researching under high temperature, and used for small batch production.

High temperature muffle furnace features:

1. Operation Temperature: 1550℃ (1600℃ for short time).
2. Furnace chamber adopt he patent structure of double furnace chambers and special furnace-top building technology which have the advantages of fast heating, not collapsing in over-high temperature or dropping ashes in high temperature. Use the vacuum forming technology to produce the inorganic fiber as heat preservation materials and special insulation design.
3. MoSi2 rods are vertically placed on both sides of the furnace, which is easy to change and simple to wire.
4.  Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
5. SCR control, PID parameter self-setting function, manual / automatic switching function without interference, 50 programmable periods.
