High temperature tubular furnace features:

  1. Operation Temperature: 1650℃ (1700℃ for short time).
  2. Furnace chamber adopt patented double chamber structure and special furnace top building technology, with the characteristics of heating-up fast speed, no collapse if over temperature and can not drop ash under high temperature; using the inorganic fiber made by vacuum forming technology as heat preservation materials for the furnace chamber
  3. MoSi2 rods are set into the two sidewalls of chamber, easy to change.
  4. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
  5. SCR control, PID parameter self-setting function, manual / automatic switching function without interference, 50 programmable periods.
  6. Having over temperature alarm function
