Product purpose
Vacuum quenching furnace with the equipment for gas feeding and oxygen control should be designed for heating in air atmosphere and blanket of argon during hardening operation, bright annealing, normalizing and other types of heat-treatment.
Vacuum quenching furnace main elements:
Furnace structure welded of the metal profiles, providing the installation and fixing of all furnace components and elements. Inside the structure is located sealed housing. Outside the structure is closed by end panels with air vents for free air convection and cooling of heaters leads;
Heating chamber – a quadrangular sealed housing, made of sheet and profile steel products. Inside the sealed housing have bushed with high-efficiency heat-insulating materials with low density in usual, non-fusing method. Internal dimensions of heat-insulating fettle should form the heating chamber. Heat-insulation of furnace hearth is made from refractory brick masonry of high strength. Hearth has slots to accommodate heaters. Right side of the furnace is made of fire-proof tile and covered by steel facing frame. Back wall of housing has packing bore for working and control thermocouple. Steel facing frame has gas-proof gland for closing the door. Frame flange has a water-jacket for cooling gas-proof gland;
Hearth plate, made of nickel refractory alloy, located on furnace hearth. Hearth plate totally covers furnace hearth.
Furnace door has welded-steel frame made of profiles, outside closed by sheet steel panels, inside fixing heat-insulation. There are totally two furnace doors, one is opening side door, the other is electrical lifting door which lifts up to necessary position by electromechanical drive,
Electric furnace must be equipped with:
Locking switch. When you open the door switch must disconnect the power supply to the heater;
Helical electric heaters made of FeCrAl alloy resistance heating wire and placed on ceramic tubes horizontally along the entire height of the heating chamber and in the grooves of the hearth. Electric heaters connects by wires surface mounting. Heaters leads have glands.
Protective gas bleeding in/blowing system of the working chamber. Protective gas is only neutral gas (argon or nitrogen) or neutral gas mixed with restoring gas. The system consists of gas panel board, used to control gas flow rate, mixing them in the correct proportions and feeding to the furnace, and mains with mounted monitoring devices and valves. Gas panel board is welded construction, paneled; with installed neutral gas supply main and restoring gas supply main. Neutral gas line has installed fine adjust pressure reducer, pressure detector, valve, variable area flow meter. Restoring gas supply main has installed pressure detector, variable area flow meter and valve. On output from mains neutral and restoring gases, having a proportional pressure, are combined in a mixer and fed into the furnace;
Easily removable working and control thermocouples, which are used to control and regulate temperature in the furnace. In case of any thermocouple`s break and temperature rises protection generates and turn off voltage in the heaters. There is 1 unit S type thermocouple which located at the furnace chamber back side.
Vacuum system: consist of one rotary vane pump and two roots vacuum pumps.

Furnace working vacuum value: 300Pa
Control mode: SCR control, PID parameter self-setting function, manual / automatic switching function without interference, Yudian AI518P temperature controller with 30 programmable periods, meeting the requirement of continuous constant temperature and temperature control. Function of over temperature alarm, function of built-in parameter password control.
Automatic registration: there is a paperless recorder which can record the historical data and rising curves.
