Detailed Description:

*Character LCD module is kind of dots matrix LCM which is specially used in displaying letter, digit and icon, etc. There are two kinds of connection way, 4-bits parallel and 8-bits parallel interface. Provide display type as 5x7 dots matrix + cursor. Provide display data buffer generator CGRAM, can use CGRAM to store custom 5x8 dots graphics characters font data up to 8 digits; Clear display; Cursor back to origin; Display on/off; the cursor on/off; Display character scintillation; Cursor shift; Display shift, etc. Provide automatic reset circuit function on internal power, when applied power supply voltage more than + 4.5 V, automatic initialized the module operation, module will be set to the default display working condition

*There are 4 lines, 16 characters per line, 5x8 dots per digit at size.

*According to customer's requirements, Character generator (RAM) can be customized in Chinese/Japanese/Russian and other 12 kinds of different characters.

*LCM background color: Yellow-Green / Blue / Gray color for customers' option.

*LCM backlight color: Yellow-Green /Orange/ White / Red / Emerald / Blue for customers' option.
