It produces banking card, social security card and ID card with contact/contactless/dual interface chip personalization and surface information printing includ.Card contactless personalization, thermal sublimation printing and laser marking module can be customized on customer's requirement. Confirguration: ● Input Module 2 removable input magazines, and the Max.capacity is up to 500pcs for each one. Double cards detecting; Chip position detecting; OCR detecting. ● magnetic encoding R/W 3 magnetic tracks. Both HICO and LOCO are available. ● Contact/Contactless IC Personalization Module Double lift-tower IC contact personalization modules are equipped, and each lift module has 8 contact(or 4 contactless heads). ● Monochrome Thermal Printing Module 300DPI, edge to edge printing. ● Laser Marking Module Optional. For each module,1 set of positioning mechanism and 1 set of laser head support are included.Fume extractor is equipped. ● Embossing Module For each module, 2 sets of embossers are include, 105 characters for one embosser. Font: international standard GOTHIC, OCR7B and punctuation. Parallel print is available. For each set, throughput is 500pcs/h when 40 characters are embossed.
