Module and side close adopt 45# steel, the upper panel adopts 14mm 45# steel, the other steel is Q235#.
Module size error must be within+- 0.1mm
Standard parts: use general type with high strengh
Oil pump: Inner wall is grinded, Oil Seal is from Japan.Oil pump          can be  wholly uninstalled
Base: use 140 G/B channel steel, 14mm panel, surface is         polished.
Ejector pin: high quality alloy steel with hardness HRC52-53 (under 500-600 degree), is well abrasion resistant.
The auxiliary equipment are: roving cutting machine, grating polishing machine, resin blending machine, resin blending bucket
