     QBY3 series Diaphragm  is the 3rd generation our company has developed. 

It is advantage of high quality, long life, low noise, small vibration, no crash and exquisite workmanship. Not only can it pump moving liquid, but also can transport some uneasy flowed medium. It is regarded as a replacement of self-priming pump, submersible pump, screened pump, slurry pump, trash pump, etc.

Features: 

1. Self-priming ability of 5 m without irrigation water,The Max head can catch up to 70 m, discharge pressure is not less 7 bar;

2. Spacious Flow, with good performance, maximum allowed by the particle diameter of 10 mm. Have little abrasion to pumps when pumping slurry and the impurity;

3. Free head and free flow through the valve opening level adjustment ( pneumatic adjustment between 1-7bar );

4. No rotating parts of the pump, no seal. diaphragm pumps and pumping media, such as moving parts, the pumping media such as diaphragms are totally separated from the moving parts,and the workpiece. the transmission medium will not leak out. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive medium, it won't cause environmental pollution and will keep men safe;

7. Easy to use, reliable work,for start and stop you can simply turn on and turn off the gas valve. Even if no media running for a long time due to unforeseen circumstances or suddenly shut down, pumps will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically shut down, with a protective performance; when the load is restored, it can automatically start running again;

8. Unlike other types of pump, simple structure, low spare parts and simple structure make it easy to install and to maintenance. Media would have had access to the distribution of the pump valves, connecting rod and other moving parts;
