Ⅱ.Description

The roller furnace is a kind of the heat treatment furnace. These furnaces can heat the steel according to the heat treatment process of the material in tiny oxygenation or reduce atmosphere. Use motor to drive rollers then transfer the steel plate. The furnace can use burner or electrical radiant pipes to heat the steel.

Adopt the radiant tube or burner to heat the furnace, there are high efficiency burner or regenerator burner.

The automatic control system of the combustion adopt proportionally adjust according to the air and gas or numeric impulse way.

Adopt multiplex refractory material to construct furnace wall or wholly use fire-resistance fiber to construct the furnace wall.

High efficiency recuperate 

The automatic system adjusts the furnace temperature according the demand of the progress.

The automatic control system on the computer traced the whole process of the heating material according to the data from local meter.
