1.Main structure: 

      One part of structure welded for 7  blocks by using high quality steel plate and profiles. Rigid structure is to support the motor and transmission system

The  transmission  is  driven  by  the  main  motor  through  belts  and  gearbox.  The  gearbox  is  appropriately sized in order  to  achieve a  long  time  of continuous  work and  realized  with  a high  efficiency  and quality gear. Working noise is less than 83DB.

The motor has brake device to stop the motor and avoid opposite rotating. It is pneumatic driven disc brake 

and reset by spring.

        The  drawing  block  is  tungsten  carbide  coating  to  achieve  a  surface  hardness ≥62  HRC.  

        the surface tungsten-carbide coating≥0.35㎜,  working surface roughness≤Ra0.6,  and working life ≥30000 h.

Description of control system 

The whole system is control by Siemens S7-300 series PLC and operated through touch screen.

speed,  current,  power,  inverter  indicator,  length  setting,  dancer  sensor  setting,  alarm  display,
