Q: What about the lead time for my order? 

A: Delivery will arrange in 7-15 days after your deposit. 

Q: If the moving head have problems, do you have any after service? 

A: Yes, we XMlite offer 3 years warranty. In the first year, all the cost for warranty is paid by our factory, including the freight which for the broken products send back to the factory and the spare parts sent to the customers. And the next 2 years, we will offer the spare parts for free.

Standard export carton box with foam is provided. Flight case and color box is also available if needed.
