Technical Features:
SL-400LY Flexo Printing, Slitting and Trimming Production Line
The production line is mainly used to produce packaging products of fast-food industry, including PE coated wrap paper, tray pad paper, burger box, chips box, paper cup etc.
The printing and slitting of PE-coated wrap paper and tray pad paper can be finished by one pass on this production line. 
Adopts creative technology and change traditional multiple production processes (roll to roll small format printing→slitting→trimming→product packaging) to big format printing, on line slitting, on line over lapping and trimming, and automatic stacking. All processes finish in one pass, saving 3-5% paper and huge labor cost, reducing losses in multiple processes and direct touch of workers to product, increasing efficiency and shorten delivery time greatly.

l Web slitting and transection both can be finished on line under high-speed production, ensuring incredible high efficiency.
l After slitting, paper conveying system is equipped with static removing device, and antistatic double-speed belts and paper guiding system, ensuring no scratch and static adhesion to slit paper. 

l Cutting disc device slit paper, strong negative pressure device strip margin. Coordinate with guiding rollers, slit paper strips enter into high-speed transaction process smoothly.
l Professionally designed guiding rollers with blowing function, coordinate each other, ensuring accurate superposition.
l Each set of guiding rollers include one adjust roller, which can adjust superposition alignment, ensuring accurate alignment of each layer of paper(up to 4 layers). 
l Double-helix hobbing cutter transect paper synchronously, high efficiency and low noise. Cutter blade can be continuously used over 5 months after each time sharpening. 
l Paper tow, transaction and stack are driven by servo motors, realizing accurate  paper transection of different length with shaftless synchronous running.
 Movement controllers adopt German products, realizing seamless transition 

l under high speed variable motion, energy-saving and low impact.
l  Advanced batch-wise output function, coordinated with vice-delivery rack, realizing non-stop and high-speed delivery. 
l On-line counting device can figure out delivered paper quantity and the quantity of each output stack can also be set freely.
l  Pneumatic side trimmers and front trimmer are equipped with blowing device, ensuring delivered paper stack tidy.  
l Electric control system adopts Siemens PLC + touch screen, parameters can be input with touch screen, and working conditions and troubles can also be shown on touch screen. 
l All low-voltage electric parts are from French Schneider, ensuring stable and reliable running. 

n For option:
Automatic packing workstation, which can pack delivered paper stacks with heat-shrink film automatically. Hence it would improve work efficiency and reduce labor cost greatly. 
On line quality inspection system, which can realize on line quality control, ensuring finished products are perfect for next process.
