ZR pump company is the professional pump equipment manufacturer. ZGB(P) series pump equipment is cantilever axial-flow single suction,single stage,double case and high head of delivery horizontal centrifugal pump for slurry. Adopting solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio, ZGB(P) slurry pump can convert the energy between sold and liquid sufficiently in the pump casting; also improves erosion of the flowing parts. With advanced water-power design, reasonable structure and highly corrosion- resistant materials,ZGB(P) slurry pump equipment has high-efficiency, low-operating-cost, good-cavitation-capability, long-lifespan, work-reliable, easily cleaning and simple maintenance advantages, etc.

Double-case pump is vertical split, the discharge can be installed at 8 different positions with an interval of 45 degree.

Wear-resistant materials,long-lifespan;increases Mean Time   Between Failures(MTBF) greatly.

5.Bearing

Lubricated with diluted oil; reasonable cooling system guarantees the bearing works at the optimal temperature.

Applications:

ZGB(P) pump equipment are widely applied in mine, metallurgy, electric power, coal and other industrial fields for transporting gangue, fine mineral, ash, slush, gravel and other abrasive-corrosive slurries ,especially used for handling ash from electric power plant,seawater and electrochemical corrosion engineering projects,etc.

Under allowable voltages,ZGB(P) slurry pump can be used in series for multistage.
