Emits yellow light with wavelength: 589.3nm, just in the " dark area"  of 520~610nm. 

So if using a sodium lamp as a grow lamp, only 10% wavelengths can be absorbed by the plant.

 

2. Induction Light (a kind light source of white light),

Visible light spectral wavelength: 400~740nm,

Blue light: 400~520nm, takes 60%.

So if using an induction light as a grow light, up to 80% energy can be absorbed by plant.
