4. Structure of ink scraper: The ink scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. The pressure of scraper adopts dual air pressure style .The horizontal movement adopts both the rotations of the motor and movement of cam. Impressive lift Structure: The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working. Chromatic Mechanical Handles: They adopt computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically. Performance: Rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
7. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device: The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold. It can change material roller and collect materials automatically. The tension of material-feeding and traction of material-collecting and feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed .The tension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by torque motor. Performance: accelerate the stabilization of chromatography, position the cylinder in horizontal direction ,save materials , ink, impregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products. And while the speed of material collecting is 120m/min, the most waste of material collecting is about 20 meters, and it can save about 10% ink, impregnate and energy resources, and lower the cost of the product largely. 
8. Drying and cooling device: The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The electric quartz tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat .The temperature is controlled by intelligent thermo-controller. At the mouth is installed a centrifugal blower to cool each group of ovens to cool .While the returning roller adopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances save electric power.
