1)Application:

The sanitary diaphragm valve is widely used in beer,dairy products,beverage 

and sterile pharmaceutic field ,and control the liquid in the pipes .

2)Working principle:

The diaphragm is closed at the normal state ,and the diaphragm is close to the body cavity ,

closed the pipe flow lead to the path  When the diaphragm valve need cleaning or need open ,

just rotate the hand wheel or drive control actuator to stimulate the stem upward movement of the spherical diagram followed up

bending so that the valve to form a conduction of state,shell realization cleaning and the purpose of the open,which the diagram to

the lower part of the body cavity and the upper valve cover cavity separated from the stem at the upper part of the diagram,

spool and other parts form the corrosive media,eliminating the need for packing seal structure ,and will not produce the media leak .

steel part:stainless steel 304,stainless steel316L.

Sealing:EPDM+RTFE
