1.Description

ZXH-G01 white wet curtain glue is white liquid Acetic Ethylene, polymerized  under high temperature by VAC, Allyl butyrate and activator-assistant material. High bonding strength, good anti-frozen  and temperature tolerance, non-poison, non-smell, non-heavy metal,non-corrosive, easy to paint and convenient to use. It is mainly used for Cooling system manufacturing, wet curtain paper manufacturing,paper industries.

Appearance: milky viscous liquid

PH: 7.0-9.0

Adhesion: 300-1500 mPa·S

Solids Content: 40%+-2%

Glass transition temperature (Tg) ℃:25+-1

3.   Environmental Capability:

ü        Does not append benzene

ü        Does not append heavy metal and soluble heavy metal

ü        Does not append phthalate plasticizer

 4.   Properties:

?        Non-poison and harmless, no exceptional smell, environment friendly, if spatter on skin, please flush by clean water immediately, no need for special care.

?        It is stable under normal storage, with good liquidity and easy-using.

 5.  Usage:

1)    To make sure objective under circumstance of dryness, cleanliness and non-smear.

2)    To wash the white glue on objective surface evenly, and to blend white glue evenly before using.

3)    To impact the objective and let it dry completely, after 48 hours, it will reach the highest point of adhesion.

4)     Not allow to mix other glue in order to avoid agglomeration and deterioration. If it is necessary, please test first.

5)    The rest glue must be tightly sealed in order to prevent surface from skinning and caking. After using, the tools must be immersed by water as soon as possible.

6)    Non-edible, if spatter on skin, mouth and eyes, please flush by clean water immediately.

6.  Packing and Storage:

Packing in plastic barrel ,200kg/barrel

Keep in cool and ventilated non-sunny place under circumstance of temperature 5-35

Centigrade, 6 months lifetime. If the storage time passed 6 months, all the indexes must be re-examined to see it can be used or not. Without exceptional phenomenon, it still can be used.

 

This product belong to non-danger objective, accord with non-danger objective transportation rules, transportation under circumstance of anti-high temperature and anti-frozen.
