Our 5KW rare earth permanent magnet genset is powered by imported Japanese Honda engine, and configured with our patented technology-rare earth permanent magnet generator. This genset is industrial product rather than civilian product made by manufacturers from general machinery industry.

Product Feature
The advantages of rare earth permanent magnet generator:
1.Compact structure, small size, and light weight which is about 30% lighter than a common generator.
2.Complicated energy consuming devices which are parts of a common generator, such as excitation winding, exciter and AVR
voltage regulator are not needed. Besides, the efficiency and the power factor are 20% higher than those of a common generator.
3.It has ultra strong over load capacity and can start inductive loads of approximate power such as UPS power source, air
conditioner and motor etc.
4.It is highly reliable, maintenance free, long life, water proof and dust -proof with no more than 50 degree of temperature rise
when the generator is under continuous full-load run.
5.Transient voltage deviation of both shock load and sudden load drop are less than 10%. Steady-state voltage deviation is not
over 0.5. Neither line voltage harmonic distortion rate nor telephone harmonic factor is over 2%. Please be assured of the use of
precision instruments and meters.
6.Compared with brushless motor, it has neither carbon brush that brushless motor does not have nor complicated excitation
control unit. This makes the structure simpler and lowers the whole machine failure rate. Besides, it has ultra strong overload
capacity which belongs to carbon brush motor.(the overload capacity of Brushless motor is low)
7.Compared with brush motor, it has not carbon brush and has no electric sparkle or electromagnetic disturbance under operation.
It is perfectly suitable for communication and military use.
