Ceramic Pulley Laggings

Vulcanize the wear-resistant ceramics with granule on the surface onto the special rubber according to some curtain layout by an advanced hot vulcanization process to get a special wear-resistant composite material, which is then instead of the traditional rubber pasted onto the surface of the pulley to form the ceramic pulley lagging.

 Features and Advantages:

l  Rough surface of the ceramics can prevent belt from sliding on the pulley.

l  Wear resistance to prolong the service life of the equipment by over 10 times.

l  Grooves between rows of ceramics are convenient for slurry discharge.
