Ventialtion Exhaust Fan(Heavy Hammer)

Fan Blade is made of Krupp Stainless Steel by puch forming, attactive and durable without dust. Special blades sharp design ensure large air volume, no deformation, no broken, keep ari volume, no deformation, no broken, kee air volume same all the way. Thickness 1.2mm, Surface finish BA grade. Blade material have stainless steel,galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, FRP for option.

Fan Frame Body is made of galvanized steel. Thickness could be 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm.  Fine appearance finished.

Fan belt pulley is made of high strength Aluminum-Magnesium alloy by die-casting complete, high corrosion resistance. Special three reinforced ribs pulley design. Sand-Blasting treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability, never broken.

Both China famous motor and Simens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency ca be customized. Chinese famous motor has special design for exhaust fan with the phase-lack protection. Motor protection grade IP55, insultion Class F grade.

Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic balace tester, each blade tolerance weight controlled within 1 gram. Ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability.

Using high strength nylong swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the hutters opening and closing flexibly.
