Product Characteristics:

 

1.      Excellent corrosion resistance: able to resist corrosion of various chemical substances such as acid, alkali and salt. The experiment proves that the roofing has no chemical reaction when it is soaked in salt, alkali and various acids below 60% for 24 hours.

 

2.      Excellent weathering performance: the surface materials co-extruded in ultra-weather surface layer resin to ensure the durability of product ( for 15 years in quality assurance );

 

3.      Good sound insulation: the roofing boasts good noise absorbing effect, noise down 30dB than color steel tile.

 

4.      Good resistance to impact and low temperature: the test shows that the roofing does not crack after 1kg steel ball fall in it. The resistance to impact under low temperature is also outstanding.

 

5.      Extraordinary heat preservation and heat insulation: the coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.325w/m.k, which is 1/310 of that of clay tile, 1/5 of that of cement roof tile, and 1/2000 of that of 0.5mm thick color steel tile.

 

6.      Excellent load-carrying ability: In cold area, the roofing is not damaged or broken on the surface even if snow covers on the roof all the year round. The test shows that 2mm in the case of support spacing 800mm, load 100kg, sheet will not produce cracks and damage.

 

7.      Excellent waterproof performance: the sheet is compact and does not absorb water, so water does not seep through the pore.
