XLPE/PVC insulated Screen and armored control cable

1.Standard

The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.

2.Scope of Application

The products are widely used as the connecting wires of all kinds of electrical appliances, instruments and automatic device, which generally apply to those accasions for controlling, monitoring and protecting circuits of AC. Rated Voltage up to and including450/750 V.

3.Products Characteristics:

--The Max. permitted long-term operating temperature of cable conductor:PVC insulation cant be over 70°c, but XLPE insulation cant be over 90°c.

--The installing ambient temperature of cables shouldnt be lower than 0°c, the Min. bending  radiu of installing is 6 times  of the outer diameter.

 5.Characteristics

--Such unarmored control cables are suitable for laying indoors and in the electrical cabinets, however,the cables cant bear larger external mechanical forces.

--PVC sheath has stable property and excellent chemical corrosion protection characteristics, also with the feature of nron-fire propagation and non-water absorption, which greatly ensure the cables' service life.
