Production process: Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling-->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up 
For the annealing furnace, you can choose fire directly fired annealing furnace; Or non-oxidation annealing furnace, for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reducing the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrasing the working environment. For the pickling bath, you can choose fumeless picking bath.
